Box core samples for analysis of algal pigments in sediment were taken for HPLC analysis. The top 2 cm of the sediment were sampled with a 60 ml syringe and samples were frozen at -80 deg C for later analysis. This work is part of RF3 of the Nansen Legacy project, cruise SS Q3, August 2019. |
