The activity

Applications demonstrating strong Polish-Norwegian collaboration and a clear link to a scientific discipline covered by the HarSval initiative will be prioritised

I understand that funding is to cover expenses incurred as a direct result of participation in an activity such as a research visit, course or internship at a Polish or Donor State (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) partner institution, or the presentation of scientific research resulting from Norwegian-Polish collaboration, or another activity judged by the call committee to be compatible with the aims of the call. The activity contributes to Norwegian-Polish collaboration in an area of Svalbard science covered by the HarSval initiative.

I understand that I must submit evidence of expenses incurred (e.g. flight ticket receipts and boarding cards, hotel receipts, conference registration receipt) in order to be reimbursed.

I undertake to prepare a post for SIOS social media channels during the activity and to submit a short report or presentation materials following completion of the activity. I consent to SIOS using my photos for the social media post.
