The Norwegian Polar Institute is looking for person with a natural scientific background at master or PhD level with an interest and personal suitability for this job. It is a 2-year position, with application deadline the 20th March.
Work tasks involve following up on the daily implementation of the research strategy for Ny-Ålesund, through initiating coordination and collaboration between visiting research groups as well as with different research flagships in Ny-Ålesund. The goal is to increase availability of data and increase the quality of the research.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English is required.
