| abstract |
Sediment samples for analysis of meiofaunal diversity were taken from box cores. Six layers of the sediment (0-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 4-5, 5-6 cm) were sampled with a 5.5 cm (inner diameter) core. Samples were preserved in 70% ethanol with rose bengal for later analysis and kept at room temperature. This work is part of RF3 of the Nansen Legacy project, cruise SS Q3, August 2019. |
