title Meiofauna for molecular characterization of diet
pi name Anna Vader
abstract Benthic meiofauna from box core samples were collected in bulk to provide material for identification of diet items through molecular analysis of target taxa. A surface scrape was taken with a spoon in each of three box core replicates. Samples were preserved in plastic bottles in 96% ethanol until analysis. This work contributes to the Nansen Legacy project, RF3 task 3.4.
