Sediment trap and boxcore sample log

Abstract
Sediment traps were deployed at six different depths (30, 40, 60, 90, 120 and 200m). From each depth, samples for fractionated algal pigments (Chl a and Chl a >10µm), fecal pellets, phytoplankton communities and POC/PON were taken. From 30, 60 and 200m depth, additional samples were taken for stable isotopes, HPLC pigments, IP25, metabarcoding and particulate biogenic silica
