Log of Ice cores taken during ice work for the 2021708 Joint Cruise 2-1. Multiple cores are taken at approximately the same location. Ice cores are divided into sections which are then melted and the multiple cores pooled together, common depth sections. The water is then distributed around scientists, and their samples should be registered as children of these ice cores.
