Abstract

Adult Calanus females were sampled at p9 and P10 and subsequently used for respiration experiments under ocean acidification treatments on board. The individuals were sampled and preserved at -80 in order to use in future analyses. Moreover, females Calanus were sampled at both stations for establishing a metabolomics library.
